When it comes to manufacturing self-supporting bags, it is crucial to pay careful attention to certain aspects like punching, placing the bottom of the bag, and heat sealing at the bottom. One of the most critical factors to keep in mind is the joint part of the four layers and two layers of this type of bag, which is prone to breaking. Therefore, it is essential to take extra precautions at this stage of production to ensure the bag's safety and durability.

Relying solely on the horizontal sealing knife is insufficient; it is crucial to incorporate a heat sealing knife and reinforce certain components. Moreover, for a self-standing bag with a spout, it is essential to have a well-functioning opening mechanism to easily pull and install the spout using a suction cup. Additionally, the bag's surface should have a low friction coefficient, and any static electricity accumulated during bag production must be eliminated to prevent bags from sticking together, which can impede the automated bag-taking process of the spout sealing machine.
